How to order a Debit Card
The customer must come in and complete an ATM/POS/Debit Card Request Form. The customer will receive their Debit Card and PIN in the mail. This usually takes up to 10 business days. The Debit Card and PIN are mailed in separate envelopes and on different days for security reasons. If the customer does not like the PIN that was mailed to them, they may change it to one of their choosing by contacting the Bank.
SHAZAM ATMs: Your SHAZAM ATM / Debit Card can be used at any ATM that features the SHAZAM logo. You can search for a SHAZAM ATM in a specific area using the SHAZAM ATM Locator.
Non-SHAZAM ATMS: When an ATM does not feature the SHAZAM logo, look for the logo of one of the two international ATM networks: Cirrus® or Plus®.
Note: The availability of ATM machines which accept deposits is very limited.
ATM Fees: When you use an ATM not owned by The Harvard State Bank, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator or any network used (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a funds transfer or withdrawal).
