I bring over 18 years in the mortgage lending industry. Prior to joining The Harvard State Bank team, I learned mortgage lending through hard work and dedication. I have worked in all aspects of the business from underwriting to owning and operating a mortgage company for 12 years. My goal is to build strong, long lasting relationships with my customers by being a part of their lives even after the transaction is complete. I judge my success by my customers’ successes. I have established myself as a “Go To” person with Realtors and other lending partners throughout the area and country. In my spare time I enjoy coaching sports and spending time with my wife and 2 children.

With over 20 years of experience in banking and commercial lending, I bring extensive expertise across both conventional and SBA financing. My primary focus is on commercial real estate lending — including multifamily, retail strip centers, gas stations, convenience stores, and owner-occupied properties. Before joining The Harvard State Bank, I served as a Commercial Lender with regional financial institutions, specializing in structuring complex SBA 504 and 7(a) loans, business acquisitions, and refinance transactions.
My approach centers on building long-term relationships by understanding each customer’s story, business goals, and future vision. I value transparency, responsiveness, and finding the right solutions to support both short- and long-term success. What I enjoy most about my work is helping entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their goals — whether it’s purchasing their first investment property or expanding into a new location.
I come from a rich multicultural background rooted in the South Asian subcontinent, which has shaped my values of hard work, community, and connection. Being bilingual allows me to connect more deeply with a diverse range of clients and help them feel supported throughout the lending process. I currently live in Wisconsin with my wife, Rhema, and our daughter, Alaia. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and meeting new people — passions that often lead to lasting relationships both personally and professionally. Family remains my greatest inspiration, and I find fulfillment in mentoring young professionals and exploring new real estate opportunities.
